Hi, I’m Nathaly Diaz.
I’m an experienced Producer and Director with a mission to amplify BIPOC voices in the arts and film industry. With over ten years of experience, I’ve led productions from ideation to delivery, including commercials, music videos, and short films across national and international campaigns in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Europe, and Latin America.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Communication with a focus in Film Production, and I’ve continued my training in directing, playwriting, and scene study at the Shakespeare Company and Studio Acting Conservatory in Washington, D.C. I also studied Business of Entertainment at New York University.
Before founding Brandly Studios, I managed production campaigns for brands including Hopper, Capital One Shopping, Grammarly, and Ruggable.
Through Brandly Studios, I’m committed to building collaborative spaces for storytelling within BIPOC communities. My upcoming projects, including The 14th Session, Bless, and Crooked, are written by people of color and center authentic, powerful narratives that reflect lived experiences.
Most recently, I served as Associate Producer on Hoop Like This, a documentary following 12 basketball players from India as they compete for a chance to play on ESPN and win a one-million-dollar prize. The film is currently screening on the festival circuit across California.
